Villa Verde is a very special villa located in the exclusive urbanisation of El Rosario, Marbella. It has a contemporary open-plan layout with a breakfast bar kitchen, integrated appliances including washer-dryer, all cookware, glasses, crockery etc & bar stools. There is an inside & outside dining area, a lounge with a real wood-burning fireplace, a separate guest wc. From the lounge and dining room, there is a large covered terrace with large outside dining table & soft seating overlooking the pool.
The pool has a tropical design, with swim-up bar and an infinity pool perfect for relaxing. There are a selection of sunbeds, two day beds, a parasol shade and a solar shower. The pool bar and BBQ area include bar stools, an outdoor fridge, a large gas BBQ, sink and storage plus adjacent is the sunken lounge, perfect for enjoying the sunset and there is also an option to have the pool heated if you are visiting during the winter

The villa has 4 double bedrooms, all of which have their own ensuite bathroom, built-in wardrobes, ceiling fan & dressing tables. There are three double bedrooms located on the main floor each with their own patio or balcony with outdoor seating and the master bedroom suite, has its own private floating staircase to lower floor with access to its own garden terrace and a large ensuite bathroom which has both a walk-in shower and a free-standing bath-tub.
Outside, there is also access to the private gym which overlooks the pool, which includes 2 spinning bikes, a cross-trainer, peloton spinning bike, free weights and bench, private sauna, separate changing room & a dedicated bathroom.
Please note - this villa is NOT suitable for holding parties but it is a great base for visiting the fabulous beach clubs closeby and for going out to enjoy the nightlife in central Marbella or Puerto Banus.

The beach is only a short walk, or a few minutes drive away and it is one of Marbella’s best white sandy beaches. There are sun-loungers to rent, a great selection of beach bars & restaurants plus lots of activities, watersports & many golf courses closeby.
It is around 10 mins drive to Marbella town centre & marina, with sandy bays and the picturesque Old Town with luxury boutiques and the famous Orange Square. It is 15 minutes drive to Puerto Banus, where you can enjoy the glamourous shopping, nightlife & marina and just 35 minutes from Malaga Airport.
